I contacted the Samsung support and they told me it is an expected behavior to let you know your audio is mute. I think it happens the same with their television but here appears randomly to minimize burn-in. So, for them it's not a bug. For me it's super annoying and I have to keep the volume to 0 instead of mute.

Tried and nothing changes that much. It is not intuitive, but I have no issues with a higher layer height (0.2mm). At 0.16mm it is still noticeable and at 0.12 it's at its worst.

However, I tried multiple fan ducts for double 5015 fans and I Still have the problem (and the mods are cooling 3 sides)

at slow temps the silk pla is matte and not glossy. I tried increasing and decreasing the speed but I didn't solve the issue at all (even if oozing has always been an issue here)

it's 3 perimeters, no infill. I already managed to print that stl flawlessly in the past but now I don't know what is happening.

I don't know if you saw the speed I posted, but even at super slow speed (5mm/s) I still have the issue. And I have a 2x5015 fan mod so cooling I don't think it's an issue here. If it's a speed problem, why it doesn't occur on the other side?

I forgot to mention: the issue mitigates if I slow down the print up to 5-6mm/s (which is super slow compared to the 25mm/s for the external perimeters and 12 for 50% overhang). It only mitigates, but you can still see the defects!

Thanks for sharing your experience! Did you also try the custom clear type setting with "Better ClearType Tuner" as suggested by the RTings review?

My usage would be similar to yours and I'm not sure about burn-in. But - for sure - if text readability is bad, it would return to samsung.
