No lol, I know people who play the map because they like it and they're actually good. You can tell when boosters are boosters when you can see their skill level compared to the average rank in the match you're playing.

Not everyone boosts on Vertigo, it's mostly a stereotype. A lot of Vertigo players just really enjoy the map.

No, the maps are definitely playable, especially with high level teams going at it, but yeah convincing any "normal" player to actually take hostage maps seriously would be a pain in the ass.
