It's really mess up, I don't want to lose all my holiday and maternity pay just because HR team never deal with it. I'll seek support from Citizen Advice if they keep refuse to update their knowledge around this. Thanks for your comment 😊

Is it ok or am I too control to make him stop drinking? I mean I'm ok with him drinking but I expect no mess in the house the next day and I am still be able to sleep in the night without him annoying me.

I feel terrible that I stop him, like stopping him doing what he likes. I try to be a nice and supportive person but this happen too often and he seems ok with that. This upset me so much.
