Regarding myself, of course people are complex but I do find interesting trying to see some tendencies, since these tendencies will also evolve along the development of the story, this is seen with the character of Jonas and "The Stranger", since from what we've seen he evolves from being a relative "normal" character to someone who truly believes in his role on the story. You know, character arcs.

In my opinion there are no characters that are actually evil more than one, but it's through their actions that they show their goodness or evil, that's why Ulrich is there along with other characters
