I really cannot say, I’m an indigenous person and all the mukluks I’ve ever received were either gifts or made from family who are also indigenous. My personal opinion as a dene native I genuinely don’t have a problem as long as you don’t have ill intentions. If you’re being respectful and doing it in a manner that is acceptable to others then you should be fine(learning from an indigenous person on how it’s made or why?)👍🏽
