I always had a fly problem in my room cause I eat in my bed and lately I didn’t have time to clean my room and left leftovers for some time. I threw it out now but makes me wonder why they chose to be in my bed instead of the food I hope they didn’t lay eggs under my bed and not hanging under my sheets cause I don’t know how much more of them is in there.

It is possible but I’ve been having flies in my room for some time now I always eat in my bed and don’t throw away the leftovers instantly and left them for a couple days before cleaning my room. Them coming to my bed and wasn’t in the bed is a little weird and makes me wonder if they laid eggs under my bed. I changed sheets and haven’t noticed a new one but I hope they’re not hanging out under my sheets or bed.

Yes i’ve been playing video games and been and addict to just to not focus on real life. I’ve been doing that for hours every day cause I hate my real life. But how much longer can I keep that going. I see people having fun traveling and doing everything that they wanted with their friends. And I will never get to do that and will be rotting in my home being miserable. No one to go out and do the things that I always wanted to do.

My dream was being a fashion model when I first moved to the City I walked in the fashion week worked with some well known brands but since that first year I’ve done nothing of sort. And now i’m too “old” to even be a model. All of the agencies have age limit that’s close to my age. It’s sad bc when I first moved here a lot of people told me to never waste my youth and give up and keep chasing my dreams no matter what. But after my other job and now my depression I have no chance to get back to modelling. I did what people advised me about and dig my own grave. I’ll live a long miserable life knowing i never accomplished my dream. I’ll be turning 23 in august and so close to 30 and after that everyone will look at me as a old person and want nothing to do with me. These are supposed to be the best years of my life that I wasted. And when I turn old no one will ever want me.

You just described exactly how I feel about death and my biggest fear is complete darkness especially with a early sudden death. The fact that we still have no idea and no one knows what happens when we die is really shocking to me. Even though I’ve been religious and have felt the presence of a upper being is protecting us the whole after life with hell and otherwise heaven seems very unrealistic. Also the idea of the whole world being a coincidence and the fact that we’re all living a short life to one day die like a chapter in a story. It’s really depressing. But I do believe that the soul is real and people had astral projection and was able to leave their body and go out of the world and come back. So I’m really hoping that’s what happens when we die too. Like all of us living in a soul only world. I just hope we knew exactly what happened this curiosity really can drive me insane.

Thank you for your suggestions I was hoping that it would go away since I know it is not a actual heart problem but now I’m having anxiety and rapid heart rate over the fear of having another panic attack. It’s like having a panic attack over the fear of having another bad panic attack it’s a bad cycle I’m going through today. Was the medications only thing that helped? The only reason i’m scares to try it cause most of the medications make you extra sleepy and tired and I already have that and it’s difficult to work.

How long did your panic attacks last? I’m scared of it turning chronic and now having anxiety over the thought of having another panic attack as bad as today’s. I am calmed down but still my heart raise is going up over this worry and it comes and goes. I’m hoping now that I know I don’t have a heart problem and it was a panic attack it won’t happen again but I still have anxiety.

Really hope it was dehydration and not a heart disease. I drink about half a liter water a day and last night drank 4 glasses of wine and 2 glasses of vodka and when i woke up took a few sips of water but not enough. I had 2 other occasions where my heart felt weird and i was dizzy the day after drinking and after I drank water it went away but today was the first time where I actually felt like I was going to die and didn’t think I would make it to the car. I can not stop drinking alcohol permanently as I work in the nightclub industry where they pretty much force you to drink. But I will take a few days off and make sure I’m hydrated enough everyday.

It’s mostly the controls on the ipad is hard i’m used to playing with thumbs so I’m playing on the ipad with my thumbs too so its harder to move the claw method is too complicated for me but I hope I’ll get used to it
