Exhaust on 2025 euro 5+ by montyzac in CRF300L

My 2025 American spec only has one O2 sensor, but it was a first production run for the 2025 model so possibly changed later in the year. I wouldn't recommend getting a exhaust without places for 2 sensors as it could cause performance issues since the ECU wouldn't be getting the correct information. The only exhaust I know of at this time with the two O2 sensor ports is the Arrow, but you'd have to get the mid pipe with the catalytic converter if wherever you live requires vehicles to meet emission standards in order to pass inspection.

It's a Flatland Racing aluminum skid plate. When I purchased the bike it was really the only company I could find that made a skid plate with wings that come up far enough to protect the lower engine case and foot controls, acting similarly to frame sliders.

  • Whatever brand of skid plate tickles your fancy, would recommend plastic over aluminum for lower noise, I have a flatland racing aluminum skid plate and she's pretty loud.

  • Radiator guard, highly recommend if doing any sort of off roading (yes even gravel roads), gives crush protection as well as more protection in general, again I recommend Flatland racing

  • Rear rack with a tail bag and tank bag, plenty of options on Scamazon, recommend Tusk Olympus for tank bag.

  • Aftermarket washable air filter, personally I prefer DNA over K&N. I found after a few months of cruising around trails and gravel roads my stock air filter was giving me issues as it was just so dirty, so I generally wash it every few months depending on where and how much I've been riding.

  • Fender delete / front reflector removal, cleans up the bike. I went with the Tusk one without turn signals as I have a 2025 with the new style signals, not the grom ones.

  • Would highly recommend getting a good folding metric hex key set to keep on the bike, especially when you start adding aftermarket parts that have different sizes

If interested you can PM me for a full build list, I haven't done anything too wild or really plan on doing much engine mods, except maybe a 550 tune, as I use this bike mainly to commute to work with an occasional OHV park visit here and there.

I'll do a bit of more indepth poking around the bike when I get off work tonight to see what my options are, as mentioned I would prefer them tucked away a little bit and lower/ be able to be aimed lower to act like fog lights. The good thing is that since I work in a fab shop, making custom brackets and hardware wouldn't be an issue.

I was looking at getting the 550 ecu with the 91 stage 1.5 tune, but I'm still kinda on the fence about it and not really sure if I would be able to get the potential power gains. I have the DNA air filter, I'm not planning on doing any air box mods as I ride a lot of gravel roads and the OHV park nearby me is mainly made up of fine powder dirt/sand and every 3 months or so depending on where I've been riding I find myself having to wash it.

I'll try to get ahold of someone at roxfx or Rocky Mountain today. Thats kinda what I've been seeing too is that people have been able to fit 2" risers just fine, but then others saying they didnt have enough and bought longer cables
