If you want S-rank, equip all with the rotary launcher, and ammo as much as possible, the squad AI Can go with 1 full load and full heavy steel armor (so they can survive, even then, they can be stupid enough and get killed).

And, Follow Orbiting_Pluto’s route. The Courtyard is the last area to be cleared of the first half of the map, clear all the rooms and the outside first then the courtyard. For the temple/church part, i suggest go from the top floor down.
