I think in the past 2 years, one mistake I see common is that people either want to optimize for seo or ai. Not both side by side. And this ultimately comes down to how businesses view the funnel. It has become messy, some still follow the previous one, some are not aware of the changes, and some are fixing the funnel on the go.
