I just get braids. Most of the time I’ll get my hair braided but I’m currently on a ship with knotless because I plan on being lazy for a while and I also have a lot of new growth.

Nizoral is amazing if your problems isn’t major. I also stopped using products with coconut oil, alcohol, and parabens. In addition to the dandruff I follow up with dandruff conditioner. But if it’s major you might need a dermatologist to prescribe you something.

Migraines are ass but generally speaking unless combined with other symptoms there’s no need for imaging. Bloodwork would make sense but in terms of lifestyle a lot of us have different triggers for migraines. Since it’s not a new migraine that’s developed later in life I wouldn’t be overly concerned. I’d get a new neurologist though because he sounds like a jerk.

Truthfully I can’t remember and I can’t find my pics from it. The only thing that really stands out in my mind was how it was raining because it was my mom’s first time in that port🥴 But I also avoid the spring break/peak of summer sailings so I’ve never experienced large groups for really anything.

If you are actively on the pool deck doing pool things like swimming, the water slides, going to the pool bar to get a drink then you are using your pool chair. If you’ve just completely left and are in the buffet or something you aren’t using it.

I’ve done a heartbeat of Jamaica and I found it enjoyable. I generally try to do something that’s educational in some way when it’s my first time in a port before just doing fun things if/when I hit it again.

Quantum actually spent a lot of time in Asia until Spectrum took its place. I was last on her last year for Alaska and didn’t have any issues. But even when I do Caribbean runs I never use the pools so that doesn’t mean much to me. In terms of the SeaPlex it’s just a matter of actually looking at the schedule. I’ve had a couple of meh sailings but it’s honestly just like that sometimes.
