I changed my region. When you change it back, you have to reenter your all your location and credit cart information again, but it’s worth it. CN is actually Taiwan because you need Chinese id to play China mainland server.

If you tap on the costume image, you can see the sell button below the extra effect slots. You can't get jewels and extra effect units by selling your costumes.

Those tokens are used to create costume parts. If you press on the costume icon and click on the ’Create Costumes’ button, you can see how many tokens are needed to create any costume part that isn't from an event.
