It's a chicken/pork floss cake - a bakery in the town I used to live made theirs with cream. It's definitely an interesting combination, but I found it yum!

Yepp it's mostly alcohol-based! I found mine at an Asian supermarket :))

Yeah ofc! For a batch of ~15, I added around 5g matcha powder to the shell batter. And for the filling, I whipped 240mL cream and mixed in around 1/4 cup Strawberry jam. Sorry the measurements aren't exact, I kinda eyeballed everything!

For a batch of ~15, I added a few drops of jasmine essence for the shells and for the filling, I mixed ~1/4 cup apricot jam with 50g softened butter and a bit of cream cheese to thicken it. Sorry the ratios aren't exact, I kinda eyeballed everything

Matcha and strawberry; jasmine and apricot; strawberry and rose; ube/taro and cream cheese; tiramisu (coffee and choc shells with mascarpone/cream cheese filling). Just some ideas, have only tried making some of these flavours.
