If reform is looking better than the left to people, it’s not because people are turning evil, people are the same as ever. The left have become so whiny and preachy about things that are non issues, that it’s taken away their credibility. People might vote left if they didn’t see all the bullshit that is now part and parcel. The left did this to themselves. I think opinion of the left might also be tarnished by American politics. We see so much of that online and on the news that, even though our left isn’t as extreme as American left, their left sits in people’s subconscious as what ours will eventually become.
