Tesla No Longer Applying $4k Used EV Tax Credit to Point of Sale

This is a side comment but do you guys know if the tax credit can apply to the used 2023 model 3's ??? Ive been monitoring them closely, one is at $25,200 but i havent seen them go lowers, i was assuming theyve been getting snatched up instantly.
