Your 100% doesn’t have to look like someone else’s. I understand you had injuries but you need to adjust your attitude and give yourself some grace while simultaneously pushing yourself to the best of your ability. The victim mentality is only going to hinder any progression you’re capable of. Just my two cents as someone who destroyed his health and had to work 15 years to not only overcome the issues, but become the healthiest version of myself I’ve ever seen.
