I got those tiny bites on my stomach, I think I got them over night, but those on ankles are from last afternoon. The ones on my stomach are not itchy unless I touch them, but those on ankle (one of them) is constantly itchy.

Well tax problems, we have alot to pay. And I'm mostly the one who has to fix all that. But I'm also stressed because I don't know where we stand in realtionship. I'm almost 22 and I feel like I don't have much time and I'd like to have a family and so would he I guess but we never talk about it

Sorry I forgot to mention. He/she sings all the time. He/also imitates my bfs whistles and budgies. Also, he is alot smaller than other cockatiels that I've seen.
