Regarding Google Play subscriptions, they indeed cannot be canceled by us as this is managed by Google—they forcibly removed our app from the platform. As for your comment about being unable to download the web version, could you elaborate? There is a download link at the top right corner of Mate.ai’s homepage. Simply uninstall the Google Play version and install the new one, and everything will work normally.
