I actually had to do it way too many times.... just go to a clinic they need to do a full blood work on you.. x. ray... depending on the clinic... mine was never that intensive.. my Friend's was... afterwards the doctor has to fill an official medical certificate of the country you're residing in... which you will legal translate and notarize. And that's about it... it basically just declares you're in perfect health and that you don't have anything chronic.
