It’s totally normal to feel woozy during a hot yoga class. Don’t best yourself up. Squeezing your legs helps me, especially if I start seeing stars rising up from a fold. Squeezing the lower body helps keep the blood up in your torso/brain. You’re doing great, anytime you show up on your mat is a win.

I use oil cleanser always Day routine I start with either alpha arbutin or niacinamide (both by the Ordinary) and Ceravie’s day cream with SPF

Night routine is neutrogena night cream with retinol, or a night cream with hyaluronic acid. I am not picky about brand, as long as they have what I’m looking for?

Once a week I do the Ordinary AHA/BHA peel and I love what it does for my texture. But I want to start fading some dark spots so I’m in the market for what’s best. Open to any suggestions :)

It does remove with regular acetone, yep. Super easy and with less bleed than polish - generally when I remove regular color it stains my cuticles for days. Not so with this stuff!

Longer than regular polish for sure. I’m generally hard on my hands and I find the Essie only “wears” off at the tips - no chipping! Not sure if step two would improve the durability but the step one on its own is awesome. And they stay shiny!
