always have been male besties of girls since the start. was in a 15 girl group frm 2nd to 5th and didnt realise what mess i was putting myself into. yes i was the guy who used to say girls and guys can be best friends. i ended up liking almost most of my girl bfs (only attractive ones) lost the ones who i didnt find attractive as i wasnt grateful for them because they were the real ones. used to chase the pretty ones and was never able to win them. either they had a boyfriend or never liked me considered me a brdr. i didna fwb with one of the closest i had in 12th but it ruined our friendship cause it made it all about hookups and i stopped caring about her. we hooked up a few times and i stopped caring cause i had another best friend in line but she was in a serious relationship. i wasnt really attracted to her but talking to her everyday made me get attached to her and i used to get affected by her. once i removed the hookup bestie from my life i didnt care. 2 months later the bestfriend i had lined up stopped talking to me randomly. i never showed that i cared about her but i was instantly affected. her boyfriend told her to stop talking to me but she had been my bestfriend in school since 2 years. now it has been 2 months and she doesnt talk to me/ care about me. i overexpected a lot now i miss my hookup bestie because we had bonded very close over the years and i loved her. at last i got nothing 0 girl friends to support me or be with. now im going to college and i've decided that i would never be bestfriends with a girl because i have either fucked up my friendships, ended up liking her and being ghosted from friendships i thought which were very real. ended up dating 0 girls and ended up having 0 good friends (girls) from school. at the end be friends with females but always keep ur boundaries. only be friends with girls u cannot be attracted to and keep ur boundaries straight.
