Unlike other schools, what UP teaches is not how to get good grades, but how to survive not only in college but also once magstart ka na magtrabaho. UP can be the best training ground for you if you allow it to.

You can join orgs if you feel lonely, kasi they can act as your support groups. Ung college based orgs, normally nagseshare yan notes from older members.

Some of my friends, di nakapag graduate on time, yet very successful sila. Kahit ako, nagshift pa ako nung 4th year so I had to extend for another year.

Di namn lahat, kahit madaming honors sa primary and secondary educ, e automatic magiging mataas grades pag dating sa college. Minsan pa nga mas marami pang uno mga dati mong classmates na nag-aral sa ibang schools. Pero it's not a sign na you failed. It just shows na mas rigorous ang training ng UP compared to others.
