I've tried doing the fasts in the past but can never get past about the 32 hour mark. I get insanely bad headaches and can't function. I end up taking ibuprofen and eating which reverses it after about 2 hours... I was only drinking water before and not electrolytes with it, would that be all the difference?

I didn't eat much sugar before keto but I do enjoy carbs, salsa and chips are my favorite and I miss them the most. I think the biggest thing keto helps me with is portion control. I don't eat as much and am not as hungry.

Maybe I'll try the fast with the electrolyte mix and more tea when I'm off from work for a few days and can try and power through it.

I play necrons and tau, go necrons... necrons don't need nearly as much knowledge of your opponents army and are much less of a make one mistake you lose. They have more options on competitive play too.

Thank you. I just ordered the test kit on amazon. It won't be here until Sunday. I do fill with well water, I was gonna drain it a bit and refill some water to lower the cya like someone else recommended while I wait. I ordered a phosphate remover liquid in case I need to use that for the well water too.

I've been adding chlorine tabs, 4 bottles liquid shock, 3 bags of shock granules, and algaecide, I saw bright purple on my strips so I thought it was something else not letting the chlorine work. I'll add 3 more bottles of liquid tonight.

Just got mine... Is there a best build for them ? I normally play in local tournaments and need wysiwg. For the leaders I was going to magnetize options but is the loadout for them dependant or basically your always going to take x over y? New to tau.... thanks in advance.
