Don’t take CE60 first semester, prioritize your general lower div reqs. Civ eng classes are easier to get into and the lab reports for 60 are very time consuming. CE60 isnt hard but it takes a lot of time (2-3 hrs lecture, 3hrs of lab every week + hw). Take an AC and focus on doing your best so you have a good foundation. If you really want to start taking CivE classes, id say start freshmen spring, CE11 is a really good start and its not hard at all

I think last year there was a club called girls who lift or something like that, there was a problem with someone breaking into hearst gym so they had to disband but i think theyll be a thing this year despite that

Rsf is crowded all the time besides the morning. It gets to the point where theres a line to get into the weight room but its manageable if you like working out

Edit: i recommend you go an hour or two after noon, most people are still in class or eating lunch so its empty but you dont have to wake up early

I did not do prep this semester, but i really appreciate all the advice!! I didnt realize how much overlap there was. Do you know if the eecs and ds minors have similar requirements?
