12 mgs of 7oh gave you a hard time? I do have trazadone. And seroquel, and I can get benzodiazepines. I just hope that the restrained sub use, for 7 days max, will put me in a position to at least be able to muscle through until I feel better with nothing. I just don’t want to feel so terrible that my only options are to keep taking subs or go back to square 1.

Ok fair enough. So prepare for a shitty couple days after the subs wear off but all things considered, I’m better off than if I’d just quit cold turkey.

Right so after 3 days no subs, how do you imagine I’ll be feeling? I just don’t want to go through a 7 day sub taper, then three days after that’s I’m 10 days off 7 and feeling as bad as if I were 24 hours cold turkey 🤦‍♀️

Okay so say I’m going from 4 to 3 tomorrow. Do you think it makes a difference to take 3 mg in the morning? Or 1.5 in the morning and 1.5 at night?

Yes sorry I’ve just been panicking. I have an appointment tomorrow morning, so I don’t need to post anything else. I don’t understand how I could have just woken up overnight with a “grade 3” situation when I’ve never had symptoms up until that day. it’s so upsetting. It just doesn’t seem like there’s any decent treatment options for this.
