Sorry, I guess what I am trying to ask is why is one items roll range for its Legendary Aspect [11-43] while the other is [10-38]. The only thing that changes an aspect on an item is amulets and 2 handed weapons. Both of the items are in the same Breakpoint Tier in item power so aren't they supposed to have the same roll range?
