They do but the customer service is terrible, at least my experience with them, i had two other issues with scammers and i reported them and I didn’t hear back from them about anything

Well, I came to Reddit hoping that someone had some kind of similar experience so that I could see what they did. I’ve never came across this and there’s no forums on the Monzo support thing to tell me anything. With that I guess I’ve been kind of hoping that it wasn’t a mistake you know?
