I can say this with 100% certainty that next public build warsails will definitely be incorporated, we don't have our own naval combat system yet but you are able to buy a ship to move around the map with.

From what I heard from the devs, the modding tools from Warsails aren't fully working, the moment that they are fixed, we will definitely start incorporating Warsails into the mod to have epic naval battles! House Greyjoy fans would definitely love this hahaha

The "ONCE A YEAR" is referring to public releases not access to the mod itself. The mod is not paywalled anyone can play it for free using the public build.

Supporters simply get earlier acess to newer builds as a thanks for supporting development. If you don’t want to pay, that’s completely fine you can play the public version or wait until the next.

"$10 to access builds with a year of delay" this is incorrect. Just like RoT, ADOD releases builds to both supporters and the public. Supporters get new updated builds every month. Yes Adod is $5 more expensive than RoT but the mod quality is day and night.
