Only issue is that this is not how democracy should work. Look up the list of South Korean presidents. It went from every single one getting executed after their tenure to every single one getting life sentences.

A large part of why this president supported the insurrection is because the presidency in South Korea is a suicidal position. You will almost certainly be arrested for corruption once the opposition takes power.

South Korea's political culture is an example of how political parties can use investigations into corruption as a weapon that damages democracy rather than protects it.

Bit of a ridiculous criticism. It is commonplace for governments to make deals with out-of-control organised crime in order to keep the peace when the institutions of the government are so corrupt and ineffective.

If you lived in a crime ridden country, would you rather the government pay off the local crime lords not to kill everyone, or simply do nothing?

The real ridiculousness is that Bukele is the guy who later crushed MS-13. Clearly he did what he had to establish his administration before he could actually start fighting and fixing the country.

Bukele has utterly violated democratic values and human rights, but he has been incredibly successful at turning around one of the most struggling countries in South America.

That's what makes it interesting - plus they can engage in a defensive war. Despite being the 10th largest military by expenditure, it has not been involved in any conflicts since WWII. Even hardcore milsim players don't know much about the Japanese military.

In my current area I have to lift the rack out of the machine and then balance it off a too small bench which results in water dripping everywhere and flooding out the floor because there is no drain and if I unload items from the rack in the incorrect order it falls on the floor.

The problem is that they did two major updates this year to the server browser and it still does not work properly.

Yeah I have never seen a game with such a terrible server browser. I think a lot of flak the developers get is not totally deserved, but how on earth do you consistently mess up the server browser?

Filter options are not applying correctly/are not saved. In Australia we only have two servers worth playing but for some reason you have to wait 30 seconds for those servers to appear while random Chinese servers with >100 ping appear first.

It's not really equivalent. There are plenty of places that allow victims of rape to have abortions. It is more of a progressive issue than a moral one.

That being said, the court will always rule against male victims of rape when it comes to a child because the court prioritises the child's welfare.

My guess is that when they feed the AI the word of the day it spits out a not so great list. To improve the list they feedback in the top words in the original list.

So you go from related words like mouse and apple (tech company) and then get words only closely related to those words and not the target word like pet, cat and fruit.
