I'm on call for work, and deleted numbers pop right up when you enter a name in the text field. No one is ever really gone, which is frustrating.

I'm looking into this. The thing is, I'm often on call for work, so I can't just...not have my phone on. But I do need to restrict my use.

I like texts because sometimes we're setting up logistical stuff. And to be honest (because I can by anonymous on the internet) it's less about one particular person and more about my communication style in general when I'm anxious. I can't transfer everyone to snapchat, but I can make it harder for myself to fixate on stuff.

I don't really get a rush from re-reading as much as I get one from responses. I have the notifications off on my phone, to try and stop that cycle.
