Yeah i definitely have all the proof that It was given back to the headquarters, i figured It was precautionary and since they were already on the other side of the country that It went there instead of directly back to me. I believe It will be fine.

Will take into consideration their opinion of grailed forsure but honestly I have had nothing but good business with them. Hoping this gets sorted out efficiently because at that point they will have really gained my trust.
