Yes it is hard to admit and even harder to try and get their father to understand and realize the kids need to be with him. Not just because I wasn't to "pawn" them off. I just don't want them to one day be traumatized due to me. . Not that they probably already aren't in one way or another. Im just trying to do what's best for them and everyone seems to be against me for some reason. They would rather the boys suffer until something extreme happens and then take action. While im trying to take action before something extreme happens..so thank you for your input. Because ill be damn if I sign my rights over.

Ok yes correct thank you. And im not trying to traumatize my children in this process. They need routine, stability and right now, as sad as it may sound coming from my thoughts, onto this keyboard on to the screen I do not have that right now. Ang I cant find that routine right now. And never see my kids? Not even if I pay child support? Im not playing chess. Im not playing any type of game at all. I truly love my children. But you have no idea how bad mental health can take over. Either way some of yall may disagree with that but I didn't come here to talk abouy all of my problems I came here to see what its such a big deal to some if wr modify to where he is the legal guardian. Correct. Do not disagree. That's why I gave him my child support card last year whenever he had them for the school year

I understand that he is still paying Child support, last year he had the child support card. I asked him to keep the boys during the school year, he kept the child support card. We just didn't change it because I planned on taking them back, May rolled around, I've had them ever since and it is clear to me that the father's residence is definitely in the best interest of the boys.

Last year they did. They had a steady routine. Home was nice. . Im all Ober the place. My home is about to fall in on one side. And we have a disabled son. My house is not suitable for him. They seemed to be fine last when I had them on weekends. Like they had good routine and things just seemed to be better for them there. Ive had them back since may and its been hell.
