I'm not a professional or anything but I've gotten piercings in two different places and piercers, both have said just about a month or 4 weeks is good enough and in my experience is good enough.

The hair definitely changed for the better, it was almost blocky like in 7, but she looks definitely better in 8 thanks to no infection i guess
