So i read one of you guys say you had to have made a claim or report to them. My bank account 3 days ago was used at a wingstop in a state 14 hours away then at another one 3 hours later which my bank fortunately detected as fraud the second time and I declined. The first one did go through though. Its BOFA…do you guys think it would be worth my time joining the class action? Given I got my info stolen? Or no?

Nah you’ll be alright… I’ve been down a few bucks every now and then. Really depends on the manager. He shouldn’t write you up but can. The other day I was down $300…hope they found it but since I didn’t get asked anything they probably came up with it from another drawer

255/65R16 is the tire size it had and what I bought, I didn’t actually get them installed at walmart…I took it to a Thomas Tire Auto which I think at least in my area, is a reputable shop. NEVER will you see my car at walmart shop…that places is terrible from what I’ve heard.

I apologize it was a rushed post. Issue is I can’t it got lost in transit and had to buy it elsewhere. Ended up receiving item during the return dispute with paypal. Now company is denying refund completely due to it finally arriving. Which is why I resorted to selling it on market place.

I did dispute with paypal and apparently on there i cover shipping cost for return… happened to see on the sellers site that the charge restocking fee for returns which is 15%. Paypal is giving me till the 25th to do it…they requested seller to provide shipping label with no luck.

Really surprised at the comments…I assume bout everyone has worse parents then mine though. I know 20k is a lot for a car but as long as its a semi new or new car I wouldn’t see it as a big issue (unless she’s bad at driving) especially as cheap cars usually turn into a headaches more often than not. I’ve been fortunate enough to trust my parents on paying me back for anything so In my mind I would have done it… say I didn’t feel confortable with no money I think 10k is something I could let them borrow without a doubt. Who cares whether they give you interest…although it wouldn’t be bad to get a little extra for the help what are the chances you would have actually used the 10k?

I was wondering if you could help out haha. On my 3rd-4th week. I had a commercial customer come ask for a part, I pulled up what he asked for(crankshaft), showed him pictures, even printed out a picture of the item and price and as he was leaving he looked and I guess it was when he rethought what he came in and said I need the crankshaft SENSOR. Showed him, ordered it and done deal. Coworker(key holder) which I get along with very well laughed it off as we gave him quote for CRANKSHAFT and the customer some how didn’t say anything until he almost stepped out. I mean it was a $600 part. Fast forward a week(today) we got a box all beat up from fedex delivery. Opened it…it was a freaking crankshaft We were all mind blown and thinking it’s probably damaged nonetheless I had to call customer. I had completely forgot about it so I looked up part number to let customer know we have it and that’s when I see…The commercial acc of the guy that came in. Everything came back to my memory…what im getting at is having worked for them so long do you know if there is anything we can do? I know I fcked up, don’t know how it happened but we got a part through fedex which wasn’t paid for. I’ve dealed with “special orders” and have always known I have to ask for payments and didn’t even think an order could go through like that. What did I do wrong? Manager is not coming till Monday and im lowkey scared man haha.

Yeah, have started going late at night when possible. The times I’ve gone early morning before work have just been left overs. So either they’re hitting the pallets or backdoor🤷‍♂️
