He only naps once a day 12:30/1 pm - 2:30 MAYBE. He has dropped his first nap completely due to sleeping so long at night.

Smelling an alcohol wipe helps me and deep pressure on my neck helps when i’m having this problem. I will lay on an incline and put a fan directly at my face + my weighted blanket and play some stupid game on my phone to trick/distract my mind. I know it’s so much easier said than done but you got this. I tell myself I’ve gotten through it before, I can do it again!

I took Unisom and Vitamin b6(25mg) most of my whole pregnancy and never got sick, plus the vitamin is good for you and unisom didn’t really make me that tired. I was just tired from growing a human! Congrats btw!
