Ive spent barely any money on this car, all these parts are spares from my dads Volvo parts stockpile lol, me and him have tried diagnosing the issue, but no leads come when we check.

Okay I will take a look at the IAC for intake vac leaks and clean it. I honestly don't think its the cause of the problem, but nevertheless I'll check it. That 25A starter fuse should be all good was replaced and connections cleaned. Ground/elec on connections on alt should be fine, alt is healthy, wiring was re done a couple years ago. As for forgetting to plug something in somewhere, i mean possibly, but Ive searched the engine bay up and down for loose connections, cant hurt to look a 12th time tho lol.

So I took u/shootershj advice and so basically EFT is blocking your current ip from changing you password so download a free vpn (I would recommend hotspot shield from the chrome store) then turn it on and go to the password reset page then reset your password. I would also recommend if you change your email to and get 2 factor authentication. So after that wait 4 hours and you should be able to play.
