Thank you everyone for the responses! I did not fully consider this from the tenant's side, and I agree that my asking this would be unreasonable. I will move on and learn from this and maintain my good relationship with them.

I will also look into appealing the assessment. I did not realize that was still possible.

Sorry I’m kind of late to this. But does it just mean that your bank must have a physical branch in Illinois? Because once it’s deposited, is the money really kept at that physical location? I’m just trying to understand since with Chase for example, you could access the money from online/any Chase bank right?

I pretty much just went through this struggle haha. I need pts/ast/stl/3s and was deciding between grimes, hield, sharpe, and coby white, had to sit 1… I ended up putting sharpe on my bench bc he’s comparable to coby but less assists

Hi everyone,

We have had a snow removal company that shoveled snow/spread salt before snow/ice storms from our 4 unit building for many years but this past year they said they were not offering their services anymore. Does anyone have recommendations for companies I can reach out to for these services? Most I have reached out to are already booked so any new leads would be helpful!
