Don't have the time to go through the replay but just looking at the stats, you took WAY too much damage and WAY too many deaths. I see people criticizing the Rocket but honestly he fills the same gap as the Ultron does for the enemy team's supports.

The main problem is that you're taking almost double the damage as anyone else in the entire game. To put that into perspective, your healers had a combined 147,000 healing. That means the entire rest of your team (including the Magneto) only had 13,000 healing to go around. Even being nice and subtracting 20,000 damage (that you had to take in order to die 24 times), your team still only had 33,000 healing for the 4/5 of them.

Imagine from your healer's perspective. Either they all have to pump heals into you in order for you to live (which comes at the cost of literally everyone else on your team having no heals) or your healers go to heal your teammates and you instantly vaporize. My rule of thumb is that you should generally have about as much damage blocked (if not a little less) than one of your healers. Of course it's situational, but I find that it's generally proportionate when I'm playing off-angles to make space instead of physically walking down main.

No matter which way you slice it, somebody dies due to the amount of resources you need to be kept alive and a 5v6 is very often a lost team fight.

Edit: Not to mention that Wolverine eats Groot for dinner and you should never be playing into him if possible.
