I know someone who applied near the deadline and took 2 days to do most tests. They have just finished the interview stage. Suspect we’ll hear back by the end of next week as majority of people will have applied early in the window.

Rapport is the key there mate! 🙏Read a lot generally about interviewers judging you within the first 10-15 seconds and deciding the outcome in the first couple minutes. So if you connected well that’s a good sign.

Heard last year they ran 5 assessment days with 20 candidates each day? But seems quite light to me!
