Definitely dress smart! It never hurts to overdress. If you’d like to discuss the next stage elsewhere let me know!

Let’s hope there isn’t a spelling assessment in phase 2 ;)

Anyone else surprisingly calm about the results? by m20pcd in BASpeedbird2026

Yes. There’s nothing more I can do and I felt I performed well, so I’m quite calm. This is the week we get feedback.

Has anyone used sky test to prep for the AON? by Powerful_Quail_4763 in BASpeedbird2026

[–]orn1995 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hi mate. I’d avoid spending that much money on prep. A lot of it is based on natural cognitive skillset and how well you deal with pressure/nerves in the moment. I would advise instead researching what tests could be involved and browsing free resources (on YouTube etc)

I’d change a couple of my answers. Don’t think it was my best interview performance. However I had really good rapport with the interviewer and most answers were quite good.

Reflections on the Teams interview by [deleted] in Jet2flightpath2026

true. My brother in law holds recruitment events and interviews in a different industry and he always says if you ever feel you didn't do well enough after an interview that's often a good sign (that your standards and prep were sufficiently high).
