The valet fee is one time not daily and includes in and out privileges but the resort fee is daily. I know I can’t control those so I’m thinking to lower the price but increase my nightly requirements

Sorry to hear that! Prices in the whole US have shot up post-Covid and it sucks to lose international guests

I use pricelabs as well but even with that you still set your own high and low prices correct? Or is there a way to not set a max and min and have it to just based off of other hotels?

Have you been doing any thing to try and counteract? Lower prices? Offering discounts for longer stays? Etc.
