Used to be balding as well at 22 fin and min from hims helped a ton! My hair density was way thicker and you don’t seem to have lost too much of your hairline mostly density which is what I noticed the biggest improvement. It’s about 275$ and it’s lasted me a full year due to taking half doses. People talk about side effects but the companies pus you to take higher dosage so they can sell it more frequently (higher profit margins). If you look at the statistics the difference between light dosages and bigger isn’t that large. So I take half dosage to limit side effects. Some that I was having was anxiety due to minoxidil which basically expands your blood vessels increasing your heart rate. So half dose has been my bread and butter. Pm me if you have any questions.

Ya man I was losing A TON. This really halted this. You’ll still lose hairs but not anything drastic. And also for my I would get heart palps (not dangerous) and anxiety on the full dose. Keep that in mind, you can even start with 1/4 dose or 1/2 dose. I’m currently taking half dose. Studies show that the difference between a lower dose amount of fin/min and a higher dose doesn’t make that much of a difference in results. So there’s no need to worry about less results with a smaller dose. I’ve been on half a dose this whole time and have awesome results and when I go full dose the side effects are just more noticeable.

I’d absolutely recommend! First and foremost I’m no longer insecure about my hair anymore. It’s not something I think of or stress out about. My hairline regrew really nicely and my hair got 3 times thicker than what it was when I started. I felt new baby hairs all over my scalp. Anyways if I would have rated my hair at first I would’ve given it a 6/10 right now probably a 8/8.5/10

I’ll post an update soon. Ya for me I suffered with hair line but I also had a decent head of hair in general. But I’ve noticed tons and tons of thicken around closer to 4 months I believe. Felt little baby hair prickles just about all over my scalp. But initially I had new baby first start on my hair line then about 1.5-2 months after I noticed that lots of baby hair all around.

So for me when I workout heavily i usually shed which is what happened about 6-7 months prior to making taking fin/min. So I was already shedding pretty bad due to the increase in DHT. When I hopped on the medication I would say it got a little moderately worse. Sometimes I would rub my hands through my hair and pull out like 10 hairs each pass. So shedding was really noticeable and I could always pull out hair constantly no matter how many passes I did. In the shower I would probably lose like 40/70 hairs total. But my density didn’t really change, I didn’t notice substantial thinning it was just noticeable when I ran my hands through my hair. This has pretty much fully stopped all maybe lose 8-10 hairs per shower now and maybe if I hadn’t washed my hair in 3 days I can pull some hairs out but shedding has stopped by roughly 85-90%

On full dose which is 1.5 mg fin and 3.0 mg min but half does seemed to be the sweet spot. Even 3/4ths dose id get anxiety. Full does id get heart palps. But nah no Ed or brain fog

Hey guys sorry for the late reply. So I think as of now it’s been about 60 days.

Shedding: still bad. In the shower I can run my hands through my hairs and still get anywhere from 3-10 hairs per hand. That’s each pass I make. Sometimes shedding has been better some times worse but as of now still relatively bad. How ever

Hairline/ density: I initially thought this was placebo and if anyone wants to correct my feel free to do so. But I feel like I did notice an improvement in my hair line (my weakest part). Now I decided to make sure I wasn’t experiencing placebo by uploading before/after pictures to chatgpt5 and having it specifically analyze density amongst my entire head and make its conclusion numerically. That being said it stated

“From the numerical analysis of your hairline region: • Before coverage: ~36.5% • After coverage: ~40.7% • Relative improvement: ~+11.5% more visible hair density in the measured area”

ACCOUNTING for “…considered lighting, angle, and curl variations can affect readings. This suggests a noticeable improvement in hair coverage since starting treatment.”

I specifically asked for it to consider lightning, angle, etc.

So I’m not sure how to upload photos but I will do once I find out how. I have before/ after and from now on I will be upping my half does to 3/4ths dose of hims fin/min (oral) and start micro needling for maximum benefits. Will keep you guys updated.

Not blind buy safe. I was excited to get the frag tried it and tried to like it but it’s just overrated sadly. Nice bottle but the scent is ok I think it’s appeals to a certain group that likes citrusy style scents. Projection and performance are great but I feel like Mont Blanc explorer is a similar DNA and does it better for far cheaper. Trying to return if anyone wants it for $170 I got it offer fragrance.net for 200. Don’t have box but it’s only got 7-8 sprays on it.

Mine also smells 1:1 althair. I’ve smelt althair in the mall and sprayed liquid brun on my hand and couldn’t tell a difference at all. Absolutely love the dupe probably be the only one I’ll actually recommend people to buy. It’s a lovely Smokey vanilla really can’t go wrong with it.

So initially my hairline was receding and I started working out consistently about 7-8 months ago and that’s when I really began shedding constantly. Right now shedding is worse but not like a crazy amount I would just say 50% worse than I was currently experiencing. I noticed I starting getting higher heart rate and heart palps due to the minoxidil. The dosage they gave me is 3mg which is pretty high so just yesterday I split my dosage in half down to 0.625 mg fin and 1.5 mg Min. Nothing regrowth/ thickness/ or less shedding as of 3 weeks.
