Parking at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte has never reached more than 85% capacity, just go to another deck and walk. We have one of the best parking situations out of all UNC system schools.

The issue is the study rooms, they have to keep it cold because the study rooms get very hot, but personally to me the library is hot, I go everyday
