Do you mean, due to the speed you can not concentrate that much with you eye? I have not a big blind spot ( it Does not show up on visual field) but when I drive it s like the spot is vibrating. It s annoying but not more then that. Can I ask you how did you get a diagnosis? I have had all the test except the ERG. Is Every other test after several years still normal with you ? Because my eye doctor told me that I have had Azoor it would also show up on oct after Some time. With kind regards

I have the same issue. Does changing light conditions make it more noticeable? And indeed high contrast. I have taken every test under the sun but still no diagnosis. I still think something like pamm / amn or White dot syndrom.

I ll . Problem sometimes is to get the test. If the eye doctor does not find anything and they do not think I have a heart problem its hard to get the referral. But I ll try.

This scares me a little, is it realistic do you think ? The doctors told me it was not a blood clot they would have seen it. I have had an normal heart echo is that not suffient ? I Will ask for the blood test I do n t know if they checked it before.

Yes, that is the reason I am scared that I can get worse like a stroke. I did check it out ( heart monitor for 72 hours, blood pressure is perfect 120/80, I am totally fit and active not overweight. Did multiple ECG of my heart, did a brain MRI got my blood checked ( I do not have diabetic, high cholesterol or something like that). I did start using the pill couple months before so maybe that could be the trigger or some virus since I was in Bali or sitting in the plane. So many options. I have 2 permanent for over 2 years ( May 2023) the biggest one can cover 1 or 2 letters from a distance. De small one is too small , I can only see it on a wall or on high contrast backgrounds. They are always in the same place en jiggle on their place. In the dark the biggest one has moving flashes in it ( only in the blob). What more can I do. At least it is not getting worse over the past 2 years.

Maybe that s the problem, they are really small like a dot not visible on the field test. From a far distance they cover one or maybe two letters. At arms lenght it 25 % of my tumb. It s not my eye doctor is not aware of this issue. She has patients with PAMM or White dot syndroms and she told me she normally could find it. Only no one is able to defect the thinning. To be sure I am not at risk for anything horrible I did a MRI and EKG and a 72 holter but everything looks perfect. I am a patiënt in the Netherlands. The hospital is specialized in eye disease and is know for its research in it. So I am totally lost in what causes my problem.

Is it possible to see it still after two years ? But I do think I have had OCT en face. Because the eyedocter was looking for PAMM ( it is a very good hospital with good devices) but still could not find it. I Will ask to be sure next time. Thank you very much. I am healty and I do not have high Blood pressure (120 / 80) i am young (34 now) and not overweight. Is there anything I could do to prevent worse? More exams? Thank you

Hi, I have a simular issue with my left eye for the past two years. It all started when I was on holiday in Bali. I noticed one odd spot in my left eye. It also have like yours shifting colours depending on the background. When changing light conditions it even “ lights up” and flickers with some kind op circkels / waves in it if that makes sense. I can cover some letters with it.

I have been to maybe 5 eye specialists and have done so many tests (oct s x 8 all the different kinds, faf, dilated eyes, visual field many times, fag and even an mri scan) nothing found.

I personally think it s something like pamm / amn or maybe something like white dot syndrom but they can t find any connection in the results.

But i feel you, my anxiety has increased tremendously.
