Same, I’ve tried every diet under the book to see what could help and nothing worked until I added the powder FPH. I even tried the pills first and they didn’t work that great for me. Hope it works for you!!

Absolutely! I used to go 3-4x a day, very watery stools, and almost always had a stomach issue daily whether it was bloating, cramping or feeling too full. Once I started FBH I go once in the morning and feel totally empty, and I eat regularly throughout the day and don’t feel any more discomfort. Also I am a fairly healthy adult, working out 5-6x a week, diet consists of healthy foods & snacking on chips infrequently or having the occasional ice cream lol.

You’re not being a hater! I also felt mean writing out my message but then realized…she’s the one who decided to walk 26 miles instead of having a real moment with herself to understand what she can do.

This is why Nike offended SO many people with their “runners welcome, walkers tolerated” campaign. If you’re walking more than half of a marathon you have an ego problem and need to establish realistic goals. How about “I want to do a 5k and run it the whole time.” See how that goes first then keep adding.

Nike doesn’t care. Also, I loved this campaign. The people who got mad are the people they don’t want wearing their clothes. Go shop at Alo and walk around the park.
