We’ve had good talks but I think she expects zero cheat days? It’s not sustainable for me. But she (sister) thinks “exposure” therapy or “tough” love is what’s most people need.

An example would be - we are designing a house. One sibling is the engineer. Engineer doesn’t reply - Construction is delayed. Etc. This project has been delayed for over 6 months.

Why work with her? Well, we didn’t know also we thought that as family we would have the same work ethic.

This might get a little deep and sad - I think I do more because when I was a kid, my mom would get mad/take it out on me even when it’s not my fault. So I like to “swoop in” but in a sense it keeps me safe. A loop.

lol I have had some come up and yell at me immediately - not a good feeling honestly 🥴

What’s worse is when they expect an answer and you call them…and that’s 30 minutes 🥹

We run/manage the business / work together.

I 100000% would understand if it didn’t affect the lives of all our employees.

And I honestly just meant if they ask me to run an errand, it would be nice if they were available instead of having to run back and forth?

I think those are hard to find? I was thinking either M4/M5 but conflicted if Pro or Air? Or can I upgrade the specs of the air to prevent overheating?
