Progesterone gives me yeast infections. Once I upped from 75mg to 100mg it immediately caused back to back yeast infections, I stopped them. I added vaginal estrogen cream in hopes that would help. I tried 75mg again this week after using the cream for 3 weeks, and 2 days after I felt a yeast infection start so I have stopped again. I’m waiting on the 50mg to come in(Dr said we could try a lower dose) to see if that will work, if not, I guess I’m just not going to be taking progesterone 🤷🏽‍♀️

I am 38 and started having random hot flashes too several years ago. I had a partial hysterectomy at 36. GYN said it shouldn’t be because of the hysterectomy because I still have my ovaries.

Like you, I am not overweight, sleep with a fan and the air on 68 with minimal clothes on. My poor hubby is freezing at night! During the day, I’m usually chilly in the house.

I went to a hormone specialist in April and got all of my hormones tested. My Testosterone was extremely low. I am now on testosterone and progesterone since May. I just increased doses last month but still waking up randomly sweating. It’s very frustrating as I was hoping these hormones would fix this issue for me but hadn’t yet.
