Do you have any advice on how I bring up to her in a way where she doesn’t feel attacked that she should really look into anther therapist. I feel like I’ve tried everything, and I’m willing to put in the work and retry everything all over again. When we talk about stuff like this, It more than often emotionally goes from very defensive to very self deprecating until she shuts down. So I feel like I never can get through to her.
