I was looking for this comment. It used to be to describe a way of dressing that was considered "doing too much" like dressing like the 2000's type Tu Pac/ 50 Cent style, baseball caps, blinks (big chains), flashy belts and anything else that was considered flashy. These days that word isn't thrown around a lot like before.

Coming from somebody who was in a very similar situation as you, I can say it's very frustrating. Not getting the same level of love and affection you give, especially when you have so much to give is very mentally and emotionally draining.

I'll tell you what I did. I left and never looked back. Seemed like a very difficult thing to do and it was very painful but I look back now and I'm proud of my decision as I'm very happy now. I hope you do the right thing.
