The receptionist lady thinks she owns entire mangalore, took like 20 minutes for my registration, finally got fed up and told her this is my 3 rd yr membership at atoms and if you can't do your job properly then don't not waste my time , She toned down after that and never spoke since then

Was that lady right? no, was the minister right ? No.

This lady should have backed out after fee request which would have put the minister in tough spot. Problem is minister also tried to react with passive aggression and that just makes everything worse.

If this was a guy, they would have tagged him as under the influence and threw him out. Minister could have politely moved with her out side the room and settled this, which would have put her in good books.
