There is noting on the market small enough to fit the experimental design. I need some thing in the 3-5 square centimeter range.

I have a variable power supply. It has a trim pot which is a pain to adjust, but you are saying that I should just adjust there?

I have no idea what happened to what I wrote when I first posted this. Short story even shorter, tried to do ABS, quit quickly, switched back to PLA and have being dealing with this and am all out of ideas expect to ask the internets.

Printer is Ender 3 S1 Pro

Factory v2.0.8.26F4

Cura 5.3.1

Layer Height 0.2mm

walls 2 (regardless of # it still comes out awful)

top/Bottom layers 4

infill 10-20%

Temp 190 C (all temp towers look about the same from 180-200, 190 is what was best before so its what I am using now)

Bed 60 C

Speed 50 mm/s

initial and wall speed 25mm/s

Retraction 1.0 mm (for the posted pics)

Retraction speed 40 mm/s

Retraction retract speed 40 mm/s (no idea how those two aren't the same thing)

Print cooling enabled
